I’m a psychotherapist. I work with individuals and groups. I founded and run a low cost psychotherapy group for people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access high quality therapy. I’ve just been given the role of core creative psychotherapist at HMP Grendon.

I saw Sing For Freedom Choir years ago at one of their soul-boosting shows. I was completely inspired and joined as soon as I could.
