Together Create (Thurrock) -weekly autumn sessions
Join us for an autumn of creativity in Thurrock. Weekly sessions in singing, visual arts and textiles, creating exciting performances and artworks together. These sessions are part of Together Create, which brings people from across Thurrock together to make art about the things they care about.
* Visual Arts and Making sessions: Tilbury. Wednesday afternoons. 24th Sept - 10th Dec.
* Visual Arts and Making sessions: Grays. Thursday mornings. 6th Nov - 11th Dec.

Voices Rising: Songs of Solidarity and Celebration. Wed 17th Dec, 8pm
This winter the Mixed Up Chorus and Sing for Freedom are singing for a better world with a repertoire of protest songs from around the globe. Join us for our winter concert - an uplifting evening of singing, conversation, food and drink.

Join us in the Welcome to the UK unit, Grays Shopping Centre on Thursday 18th December 2025 for a vibrant, heartwarming event that brings the Thurrock community together through music, art and food.
You'll have the chance to take part in interactive workshops exploring global cultures through singing and visual arts, enjoy pop-up performances and art displays that will surprise and inspire shoppers, staff, and commuters alike, and sample delicious food from around the globe.
This event is designed to spark new conversations, connections, and a shared appreciation of the cultures that make Thurrock so unique.

FREE taster session: Mixed Up Chorus. Tue 6th Jan 2026, 6.45pm
In this free taster session, taking place in the Community Centre at Christ Church, Highbury in North London, Musical Director Jeremy Haneman will lead energising vocal warmups and beautiful new songs. You'll get a sense of the character of the choir, what the term has in store, and then you can decide if you would like to join as a member.
